I work with you in each session to provide meaningful, objective feedback so you can create the change you want, based on your needs and goals. I am currentlly the only certified Emotion Focused Therapist-EFT, and EFT Psychotherapist Supervisor in Northern NJ.
Whether you are seeking individual counseling, or if you want to work on your most important relationships through marriage counseling or family therapy, EFT can help you find the strengths inside of you to move toward your personal and relational goals. EFT is backed by over 20 years of research with unprecedented success rates. For couples, 85- 90% of couples completing EFT report significant improvement and 70-75% experience relationship recovery. EFT is part of the specialized relationship counseling program I offer for couples struggling with infertility, as well as couples starting their life together in premarital counseling. In addition to relationship issues I specialize in depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, intimacy and communications issues.
I have created a relaxed, confidential practice setting where your privacy is a priority. My sessions are one hour and your appointment time is reserved each week so that you come directly into my office at your designated time: no public waiting room, no loss of privacy.
Insurance & Fees...
I currently do not participate with any of the managed care insurance panels. Many clients with out of network mental health benefits are eligible for partial reimbursement for psychotherapy services. It is advisable to call your insurance carrier directly to determine your benefits so that you can make an informed decision. I am happy to give you a statement for your insurance at each appointment.
My fees are:
Individual Therapy: $120.00
Couple & Family Therapy: $150.00
Group Therapy: $40.00 per group
